Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know about art and the artists?
No. We have the expertise in sourcing and identifying the best investment potential.

Am I able to have the artwork at my home?
Of course, you can have your chosen work to display and enjoy in your home. It must be noted, however, that you will need to take out insurance to specifically cover the collectables as household insurance is unlikely to be sufficient.

I don’t feel comfortable with having my artwork at home. What can I do?
Most of our clients choose to have their art on display at one of our various galleries. We can help provide a storage facility where your art will be safe and fully insured at all times. Our dedicated team will be able to assist and discuss your requirements further.

Assurance
We have a seven day guarantee so that if the art is not what you envisaged and you are not happy, you, as our client, are able to return it to us and get a full refund.

No Advisory Fees
As all of our advisors are incentivized on the resale of your pieces, it allows us to waive the usual fees that would be applied to investors.

How do I know that my collectable is authentic?
We have a solid reputation for transparency and are able to guarantee all pieces of art that we sell as being authentic. All of our art comes with certification and is signed by the artist stating their authenticity.

What is the buying process?
You will receive a copy of the artwork along with two copies of the invoice and terms and conditions for your approval.

Anti-money laundering checks are required for first time purchases: A Copy of passport or driver’s license plus a utility bill dated in the last 3 months.

Payment of the Artwork can be made by using a debit/credit card, bank transfer or cheque. A receipt of purchase will be provided by post or email.

The collectable will be delivered to one of our galleries, your home or alternatively, can be placed in a specialist storage facility. You will have a dedicated consultant that will be assigned to you as your point of contact and will be there the whole way through your time chosen with us.

Exit Strategy
Having close ties over the centuries of dealings in the fine art and contemporary market, Blanc Wall are well placed to facilitate the onward sale of art pieces for our clients through various avenues. Primary through the sale at many of our partner galleries or through to other investors and collectors. Secondly due to our close ties to auctions houses we are able to sell our clients work through this channel.
